Antalya is a city located in the south - west of southern Anatolia, Turkey on the Mediterranean coast. The Taurus Mountains of Anatolia rises alongside the Mediterranean in an east - west direction, this land formation results to coastal plains that are surrounded on one side by the sea and on the other sides by mountains.
