Do I need to take my voucher/confirmation number on my Green Path Transfer?
Yes, you will need to present your voucher/confirmation number to your driver/guide at the beginning of your trip as proof of your booking. Failure to produce the voucher/confirmation number may result in your transfer being cancelled without refund.
Do I need to wait for a confirmation from Green Path Transfers after I have made a booking?
Green Path Transfers provides instant confirmation of your transfer. After your booking you will be emailed a voucher to the email account you included in your booking. Please ensure you print this off and take it with you on your trip as you will need to provide this to your driver/guide at the beginning of your transfer.
Do I need to confirm my Green Path Transfer?
It is not required that you confirm however it is good practice if possible that you contact the Green Path Transfer Partner 24 hours prior to your Green Path Transfer to confirm arrangements. The phone number and contact hours will appear on your voucher.
How do I amend or make changes to an existing booking?
You will be able to use our ‘Traveller Corner’ on the Green Path Transfers home page (in the top right corner) to make changes or edit your existing booking. This includes the addition of extra people to your booking. Your request will then be sent to our local partner, who will respond within 24 hours. Alternatively, you may wish to call the local partner if your changes are within 48 hours of transfer departure date. These details will be in your booking voucher.
How do I cancel an existing booking?
You will be able to use our ‘Traveller Corner’ on the Green Path Transfers home page to cancel all, or part, of your booking. Your request will then be sent to our local partner, who will respond within 24 hours. Alternatively, you may wish to call the local partner if your changes are within 48 hours of adventure departure date. These details will be in your booking voucher. Please be aware that cancellations within 48 hours of departure date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
How do I register to receive the Green Path Transfers newsletter?
You can register by going to our home page and adding your email address to our ‘newsletter subscribe’ section. This newsletter will give you all the latest updates about new destinations we’re live in, eco-friendly initiatives we’re supporting, special offers and a lot more!
Is tipping commonplace in other parts of the world?
Yes, tipping is commonplace in most parts of the world. Although our trips are inclusive of all costs, and we work with local suppliers to ensure all drivers are paid fairly, tips are always welcome.
How do I provide feedback after my Green Path Transfer?
