Zagreb Airport Transfers

Zagreb is a city in Croatia that is situated near the Medvednica Mountain and along the coast of the Sava River. This city is the capital of Croatia, and is the governmental, economic, sporting, and cinematic center of Croatia. Tourists can visit the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary or the Katedrala Marijina Uznesenja. One of the most easily spotted churches in the city is the Crkva Svetog Marka (or St. Mark’s Church), which features a checkered roof that also displays the city’s coat of arms. Another interesting spot in the city is the Mirogroj Cemetery, which was designed and built in 1876.

Zagreb is also home to a number of beautiful architectural structures. One of these is the Kula Lotrscak, a tower that was built to protect the southern wall of Gradec. The tower provides an excellent view of the city. Another architectural structure that tourists should visit is the Jelacic Square, which is the city’s main square and is located in the upper part of the city. The Stone Gate is a 13th century structure in the eastern part of Gradec that features a painting of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary.

Zagreb has an airport that is located 11 miles to the southeast of the city in the neighborhood of Pleso. The airport offers its passengers first-class facilities. Passengers can also buy newspapers or magazines at the newspaper stand, shop for souvenirs at the duty free shop, or change their money into the local currency.
